Although interest is not paid, a dividend is declared each year based on the previous year’s results.  The dividend is applied to members’ accounts in April. In September the board of the credit union decided on a record dividend of 4% percent in order to encourage new members to save, as well as a thank you to existing members for their loyalty.

Interest on loans is set at a maximum rate of 12.68% APR (1% per month on the reducing balance). There are absolutely NO arrangement or completion fees for loans.

Free Life Savings Insurance

We offer you absolute security by providing FREE Life Savings Insurance for members' aged up to 70. On the death of a member their savings are doubled on deposits made before 55 years of age, and on a set scale thereafter.

Free Loan Insurance

As a borrowing member you are also given FREE Loan Insurance. This means that in the event of your death the whole of any outstanding balance will be paid off.
